Publication checklist: This page preserves the Terms supplied for the website, including placeholders that still require business confirmation. Replace all bracketed items such as [SUPPORT EMAIL], confirm the final membership and refund details, and have the final Terms reviewed by a qualified legal professional before publication.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of EternalBond.in, including its website, applications, matrimonial profiles, matchmaking facilities, communications, membership plans and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

EternalBond.in is operated by TANGEEE CORPORATION, a sole proprietorship (“EternalBond”, “we”, “us” or “our”), having its principal business address at [FULL BUSINESS ADDRESS].

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, creating a matrimonial profile, purchasing a membership or using a feature governed by these Terms, you (“you”, “your” or “User”) agree to the applicable Terms.

Where the law requires a separate consent, disclosure or affirmative acceptance, use of the Platform alone will not replace that requirement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the relevant services.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2.2. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

2.3. You must not create, operate or use an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

2.4. You must not misrepresent your age, legal capacity, identity or eligibility.

2.5. Where a person creates or manages a profile for an adult family member or another adult, that person must have appropriate authority and must obtain the represented person’s knowledge and consent wherever required. The represented adult must be able to exercise their own applicable rights.

2.6. We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the eligibility requirements have not been satisfied, subject to applicable law.

3. Nature of the Platform

3.1. EternalBond.in is intended to provide online matrimonial profile creation, profile discovery, search, matchmaking assistance, communication and related membership services.

3.2. The Platform facilitates introductions between individuals who may be seeking marriage or a matrimonial relationship. It does not itself enter into matrimonial arrangements on behalf of Users.

3.3. Unless a particular service is expressly offered and confirmed, we do not act as a marriage broker, legal adviser, background-investigation agency, financial adviser or guarantor of any User.

3.4. Profile recommendations, search results, preferences and matching suggestions are informational tools. They do not constitute a guarantee that a person is suitable, truthful, compatible or willing to pursue marriage.

3.5. Some features described on the Platform may be introduced, modified or discontinued as development progresses. A feature will be treated as available only when it has actually been made available to the relevant User.

3.6. We do not guarantee that registration, membership or use of the Platform will result in a response, meeting, engagement, marriage or any other particular outcome.

4. Registration and Account Security

4.1. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or maintaining an account.

4.2. You must promptly correct material inaccuracies in your profile, including information about age, marital status, occupation, education, location or other information presented as relevant to matrimonial decisions.

4.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be attributed to you.

4.4. You must not share credentials, impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts or use another person’s account without proper authority.

4.5. We may use OTP verification or other security measures where implemented. An OTP or account-access check does not, by itself, establish a person’s identity, marital status, background or trustworthiness.

4.6. You must notify us promptly at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorised access, account compromise or misuse of your account.

4.7. We may request reasonable additional information to investigate suspected fraud, protect Users or comply with law. Requests must be proportionate, relevant and handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

5. Matrimonial Profiles and User Information

5.1. Users may be permitted to provide matrimonial information, including name, age, gender, religion, community, language, marital information, education, occupation, income, location, family details, photographs, personal descriptions and partner preferences.

5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is truthful, lawful, appropriately authorised and not materially misleading.

5.3. You must not upload another person’s photographs, contact details or personal information without the permissions required by law and these Terms.

5.4. You must not create a profile for another adult in a manner that falsely suggests that the adult has personally approved or verified the information.

5.5. You should review and update your profile when material information changes. You must not knowingly continue to present obsolete or false information as current.

5.6. We may permit profile editing, hiding, reporting or removal features according to the functionality available on the Platform.

5.7. We may review, restrict or remove profile content where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful content, security risks, policy violations or legal requirements. Any mandatory notice, grievance or procedural obligation will continue to apply.

5.8. You acknowledge that information displayed to other Users may be copied, recorded or disclosed by recipients outside our control. This risk does not authorise unlawful disclosure by us or by another User.

6. Search, Matching and Communication

6.1. The Platform may offer search filters, recommendations, profile discovery, messaging, notifications and other matchmaking facilities, depending on the features implemented and the relevant membership entitlement.

6.2. Search results and recommendations may be affected by information supplied by Users, selected preferences, available data, technical limitations and changes to Platform functionality.

6.3. We do not guarantee that search results will identify every suitable person or that a recommended profile will satisfy all your preferences.

6.4. You must communicate respectfully and must not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, deceive or repeatedly contact another User in a manner that violates their consent or applicable law.

6.5. You must respect another person’s decision not to respond, to discontinue communication or to decline a proposed relationship.

6.6. You are responsible for evaluating any person you contact, including information supplied in conversations and information obtained independently.

6.7. We may restrict messaging or other communication features to protect Users, enforce membership entitlements, prevent abuse or comply with law.

7. Membership Plans and Entitlements

7.1. The Platform may offer free and paid membership plans.

7.2. The applicable plan, price, validity, features, contact limits and other entitlements will be displayed before purchase.

7.3. The commercial particulars must be completed and confirmed before publication:

Plan name: [PLAN NAME]

Membership price: [PRICE IN INR]

Applicable taxes: [TAX TREATMENT]

Validity: [MEMBERSHIP PERIOD]

Contact entitlement: [CONTACT LIMIT OR ENTITLEMENT]

Included features: [FEATURES]

Exclusions and restrictions: [RESTRICTIONS]

7.4. You are entitled only to the features expressly included in the plan purchased by you. Payment does not confer ownership of another User’s profile or personal information.

7.5. Access to contact details may be restricted by membership type, contact entitlement, User privacy settings, applicable law and Platform functionality.

7.6. You must not bypass contact restrictions, misuse another person’s account, scrape profile data or use technical means to obtain information that you are not authorised to access.

7.7. We will disclose material plan limitations and applicable charges before purchase. We will not treat an unadvertised feature as a guaranteed membership benefit.

7.8. Any promotional offer is subject to its disclosed eligibility, validity and conditions. An offer does not override mandatory consumer rights.

8. Payments, Taxes and Transactions

8.1. Membership charges must be paid through the payment methods made available at checkout.

8.2. Razorpay is a planned payment gateway. It will be identified as an operational payment provider only when the relevant integration is live and verified.

8.3. Before payment, you should review the displayed price, applicable taxes, plan validity, entitlements and material restrictions.

8.4. A payment is treated as successful for membership activation purposes only after the relevant transaction has been confirmed through the applicable payment and Platform records.

8.5. If money is debited but membership is not activated, or if a transaction appears duplicated, you should contact [PAYMENT SUPPORT EMAIL] and provide the transaction reference and relevant details. Do not send card security codes, passwords or OTPs.

8.6. We will investigate reported payment issues and process any refund, reversal or correction required by applicable law and the rules governing the relevant payment method.

8.7. Payment-provider involvement does not eliminate any responsibility that applicable law places on us.

8.8. Taxes will be charged and disclosed as required by applicable law. The final tax treatment must be confirmed before launch.

9. Membership Validity and Manual Renewal

9.1. Paid membership begins according to the activation terms displayed at purchase and remains valid for the specified period.

9.2. Membership expires at the end of its stated validity unless renewed.

9.3. Manual renewal is the default. Renewal requires a new purchase or affirmative renewal action by the User.

9.4. A previous payment does not authorise us to make an automatic recurring membership charge or debit future payments without the required separate authorisation.

9.5. Renewal prices, features and validity will be disclosed before the renewal transaction.

9.6. Expiry or non-renewal may result in the loss of paid features. Access to information and records after expiry remains subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable retention requirements and any rights or obligations that survive membership expiry.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

10.1. This clause governs membership cancellation and refund requests. It must be read consistently with applicable consumer-protection law, payment-system requirements and any mandatory statutory remedies.

10.2. Voluntary cancellation. You may request cancellation of a membership through [CANCELLATION METHOD] or by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancellation stops future use of the relevant membership as specified by the applicable plan terms. It does not automatically create a right to a full or partial refund unless required by law or the applicable refund conditions.

10.3. Unused or partially used membership. Refund eligibility for an unused or partially used membership will be determined under the published policy applicable to the transaction, taking account of any mandatory legal rights. The final policy must specify whether any discretionary refund is available and how any permitted calculation is made. No deduction or fee may be imposed where prohibited by law.

10.4. Duplicate payments. Where the same purchase is charged more than once, we will investigate the transaction records and refund or reverse a confirmed duplicate charge as required by applicable law and payment-system rules.

10.5. Failed or pending transactions. Where payment is debited but the membership is not activated, we will investigate and arrange the appropriate activation, reversal or refund in accordance with applicable law and payment-system requirements.

10.6. Unauthorised or accidental transactions. You should report suspected unauthorised or accidental payments promptly through [PAYMENT SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may request proportionate evidence necessary to investigate the claim. Any determination will remain subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.

10.7. Technical failure. If a material technical failure prevents access to a paid feature, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable remedy such as restoration of access, an extension, correction or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

10.8. Upgrades and overlapping memberships. The treatment of remaining validity, overlapping purchases, upgrades and downgrades will be disclosed before the relevant transaction. No additional charge or forfeiture will be applied contrary to the disclosed terms or mandatory law.

10.9. Promotional memberships. Any special refund conditions for a promotional or discounted plan must be disclosed before purchase and must comply with applicable law.

10.10. Suspension or termination. Where an account is suspended or terminated for misconduct, refund eligibility will depend on the reason, the services supplied, the published policy and applicable law. Misconduct does not automatically extinguish every statutory refund or consumer remedy.

10.11. Platform discontinuation or failure. If we discontinue a paid service or fail to supply a material paid entitlement, we will assess the appropriate remedy, including any refund or compensation required by law.

10.12. Refund processing. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where practicable, or through another lawful method agreed or permitted for the transaction. Processing and crediting times may depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Any applicable mandatory deadline will be observed.

10.13. Refund requests. Requests should include the registered account identifier, transaction reference, purchase date, amount and a concise description of the issue. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information or payment authentication credentials.

10.14. No waiver of statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, reversal, compensation, chargeback, complaint or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.15. Before publication, the proprietor must approve the final commercial refund rules, request channel and operational processing arrangements. Unresolved conditions must not be represented as final policy.

11. Verification and Limitations

11.1. We may introduce OTP checks, identity verification, profile review, photograph checks or other trust-related measures where implemented.

11.2. A verification indicator, if offered, means only that a specified check has been completed according to the disclosed process. It does not certify every statement in a profile.

11.3. We do not guarantee a User’s identity, marital status, criminal history, financial position, education, occupation, family background, intentions, conduct or compatibility with another User.

11.4. We do not guarantee that a profile is genuine, complete, current or free from deception merely because it has passed a verification step.

11.5. You must make your own enquiries and use reasonable judgement before sharing sensitive information, transferring money, making commitments or meeting another User.

11.6. You should not send money or disclose financial credentials merely because another User claims to be seeking marriage or presents a verified profile.

11.7. Report suspected impersonation, fraud, threats, harassment or other safety concerns through [REPORTING CHANNEL].

12. User Safety and Prohibited Conduct

12.1. You must not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful purposes.

12.2. Prohibited conduct includes:

a. Impersonating another person or deliberately misrepresenting material matrimonial information.

b. Creating fraudulent, duplicate or unauthorised profiles.

c. Harassment, stalking, threats, coercion, blackmail or abusive communications.

d. Publishing another person’s personal information, photographs or contact details without the permissions required by law.

e. Scams, phishing, financial fraud, deceptive solicitation or attempts to obtain passwords, OTPs, card credentials or other authentication information.

f. Unauthorised scraping, bulk extraction, automated profile collection or resale of member information.

g. Circumventing membership restrictions, access controls or account security.

h. Uploading unlawful, infringing, deceptive or otherwise prohibited content.

i. Interfering with the Platform’s operation, security or integrity.

j. Using the Platform to facilitate any activity prohibited by applicable law.

12.3. You should exercise care before meeting another User in person, consider an appropriate public location, inform a trusted person where appropriate and avoid sharing financial or highly sensitive information prematurely.

12.4. These precautions do not guarantee safety. You remain responsible for your own decisions, while our own legal and contractual obligations remain unaffected.

13. Reporting, Moderation and Enforcement

13.1. You may report suspected violations through [REPORTING CHANNEL] or [GRIEVANCE EMAIL].

13.2. We may review reports, investigate suspected misuse, restrict content, suspend access, terminate accounts or take other proportionate measures where reasonably necessary to protect Users, maintain the Platform, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

13.3. Where reasonably necessary to address an immediate threat, suspected fraud, account compromise or legal requirement, we may take urgent protective action without advance notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.

13.4. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice, reasons, an opportunity to respond, review or an appeal mechanism. Such procedures may be adapted where disclosure would create a safety, security or legal risk.

13.5. We may preserve relevant records where legally permitted or required and may cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

13.6. We do not promise to detect or prevent every instance of misconduct. However, this limitation does not remove any mandatory monitoring, response, grievance or other obligation applicable to us.

13.7. Enforcement decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law, relevant Platform policies and any mandatory grievance or appeal requirements.

14. Intellectual Property and User Content

14.1. Subject to third-party rights, the Platform’s software, branding, logos, design, original text and other materials owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

14.2. You retain ownership of content you lawfully own and submit to the Platform, subject to rights held by others.

14.3. To the extent necessary to operate the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit and process submitted content for providing the service, enforcing these Terms, maintaining security and meeting applicable legal obligations.

14.4. The licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Its duration and continued use after account closure will be limited by the purposes for which it is necessary, applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

14.5. You must not copy, redistribute, commercially exploit or otherwise misuse Platform materials or another User’s content without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

14.6. You must not submit content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

14.7. We may remove or restrict content in response to valid complaints, legal requirements or enforcement action, subject to applicable procedures.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

15.1. Our handling of personal information is described in the EternalBond.in Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL].

15.2. These Terms and the Privacy Policy must be read consistently. The Privacy Policy describes relevant data-handling practices; these Terms govern use of the Platform and contractual responsibilities.

15.3. We may process information as necessary for account administration, providing requested services, membership management, security, complaint handling and compliance with law, subject to the applicable legal basis and required notices or consents.

15.4. You must not use another User’s information for harassment, unauthorised solicitation, discriminatory abuse, identity theft or other unlawful purposes.

15.5. Contact-detail visibility and profile access will be governed by the disclosed Platform settings, membership entitlements and applicable law.

15.6. Requests to access, correct, withdraw consent where applicable, delete or otherwise exercise rights concerning personal information may be submitted through [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL], subject to applicable law and lawful retention obligations.

15.7. Account deletion does not necessarily require immediate erasure of every record. Certain transaction, security, complaint or legal records may need to be retained for a lawful period. Any retention must be consistent with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

15.8. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to every possible use of personal information. Where separate consent or notice is required, it must be handled through an appropriate process.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

16.1. The Platform may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, communications, verification or other functions.

16.2. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. You should review those documents where relevant.

16.3. We are not responsible for every act or omission of an independent third party, but nothing in this clause excludes responsibility that applicable law places on us.

16.4. We do not endorse every external website or service linked from the Platform. External links should be used with appropriate caution.

17. Service Availability and Changes

17.1. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

17.2. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network failures, security incidents, third-party dependencies, legal requirements or other circumstances.

17.3. We may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue features for legitimate operational, security, legal or business reasons.

17.4. Material changes affecting paid entitlements or existing Users will be handled in accordance with applicable law, contractual commitments and any required notice or remedy.

17.5. Nothing in this clause authorises us to disregard a valid paid entitlement or to avoid a mandatory refund or other remedy because a feature has been discontinued.

18. Limitation of Liability

18.1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the independent conduct, statements, representations or decisions of another User merely because that person uses the Platform.

18.2. We do not warrant that every profile is accurate, that every match is suitable, that every communication will be safe or that use of the Platform will result in marriage.

18.3. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances for which we have no legal responsibility. The application of this provision depends on the facts and applicable law.

18.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including any applicable statutory consumer remedy or responsibility for our own legally attributable conduct.

18.5. Nothing in this clause removes obligations that may arise under applicable information-technology, intermediary, consumer-protection, privacy or other legislation.

19. Indemnity

19.1. To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs directly arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms.

19.2. Any indemnity will be limited by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim. It does not automatically make you responsible for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or obligations that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.

20. Account Closure and Termination

20.1. You may request account closure through [ACCOUNT CLOSURE METHOD] or [SUPPORT EMAIL].

20.2. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breaches, fraud, unlawful activity, security risks or other legitimate grounds, subject to applicable law and required procedures.

20.3. Where appropriate, we may restrict access temporarily while investigating a serious report or security concern.

20.4. The consequences of closure or termination may include loss of access to account features and paid membership benefits, subject to applicable refund rights and other legal obligations.

20.5. Account closure does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be retained. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

20.6. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including relevant intellectual-property, accrued-payment, liability, dispute and lawful-retention provisions, will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

21.2. Please provide sufficient information to identify the account or transaction and understand the complaint. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

21.3. We will acknowledge and handle complaints within the applicable legal time limits and procedures. Where a specific statutory deadline applies, that deadline will take precedence over any general service target.

21.4. Where applicable, the grievance mechanism will comply with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as amended, and other relevant legal requirements.

21.5. A User’s ability to approach a competent consumer commission, court, regulator or other statutory authority is not removed by submitting a complaint to us.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

22.1. These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory law.

22.2. Users are encouraged to contact us first to seek a practical resolution of a dispute.

22.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the complaint process, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable law before a competent court, consumer commission, statutory authority or other legally available forum.

22.4. Any court-jurisdiction provision must be interpreted consistently with applicable jurisdiction rules and mandatory consumer rights. No location is declared to have exclusive jurisdiction merely because it is preferred by us.

22.5. Nothing in these Terms requires a User to waive a statutory remedy or submit to arbitration where such a requirement would be invalid or inconsistent with applicable law.

22.6. The final business address and jurisdictional wording must be confirmed before publication.

23. Amendments to These Terms

23.1. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, business operations, legal requirements or security practices.

23.2. The current version will identify its effective date and last-updated date.

23.3. Where a change materially affects existing Users or their contractual rights, we will provide notice and obtain any acceptance required by law or the circumstances of the change.

23.4. We will not treat continued use as a substitute for separate consent where applicable law requires affirmative consent.

23.5. If you do not agree to a revised term, you may stop using the affected service and may exercise any cancellation, refund or other right available under applicable law.

24. General Provisions

24.1. Severability: If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

24.2. No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

24.3. Assignment: You may not transfer your account or contractual rights in a manner prohibited by these Terms. We may transfer relevant business rights only where legally permissible and without removing mandatory User protections.

24.4. Force majeure: We will not be responsible for a failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control to the extent recognised by applicable law. This clause does not automatically eliminate payment, refund or other obligations that remain legally enforceable.

24.5. Notices: Notices may be delivered through the Platform, registered email address or other lawful communication method, as appropriate to the nature of the notice.

24.6. Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, disclosed membership conditions and other expressly applicable contractual documents, form the contractual framework for use of the Platform. They do not override mandatory law or automatically replace separate agreements.

24.7. Language: The authoritative version of these Terms will be [SPECIFY LANGUAGE]. Any translated version must be consistent with the authoritative version and applicable legal requirements.
